I write to those Brothers and Sisters who call yourself Christian:
"But the Spirit says expressly that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to seducing spirits and doctrines of demons, through the hypocrisy of men who speak lies, branded in their own conscience as with a hot iron;" 1 Timothy:4:1-2
I was curious, over the past 4 years, at experiencing dark spirits in churches my husband and I would attend. We were very fond of one church, in particular, and it's people - and still are. Yet, since my most recent conversion God showed me THROUGH HIS WORD (the Holy Bible) that this church, and some others we attended where I experienced the dark spirits, are teaching and believing false doctrines. The Holy Bible refers to these doctrines as "doctrines of demons". They are doctrines of the New Age (Occult), and some of Patriotism (Idolatry). One source of knowledge taught in a church we attended is from the new 'Mirror Bible', still in progress of being written. The writer is writing hell out of the version, altogether.
It is not my intention to offend, unless by the offense one is delivered from the likes of the evil one. Because I love, and desire all to come to salvation, I am emboldened to write at the expense of offending loved ones. The Holy Bible speaks of the sinner within the congregation - "In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, you being gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, are to deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus. Your boasting is not good. Don't you know that a little yeast leavens the whole lump? Purge out the old yeast, that you may be a new lump, even as you are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, has been sacrificed in our place. Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old yeast, neither with the yeast of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. I wrote to you in my letter to have no company with sexual sinners; yet not at all meaning with the sexual sinners of this world, or with the covetous and extortioners, or with idolaters; for then you would have to leave the world. But as it is, I wrote to you not to keep company, if any man who is named a brother is a sexual sinner, or covetous, or an idolater, or a slanderer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner. Don't even eat with such a person. For what have I to do with also judging those who are outside? Don't you judge those who are within? But those who are outside, God judges. "Put away the wicked man from among yourselves."" 1 Corinthians:5:4-13.
The Holy Bible also says, "Know this for sure, that no sexually immoral person, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. Let no man deceive you with empty words. For because of these things, the wrath of God comes on the sons of disobedience. Don't be therefore partakers with them. For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light, for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth, proving what is well-pleasing to the Lord. Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that is revealed is light. Therefore he says, "Awake, you who sleep, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you." Ephesians:5:5-14
If a church has 'Prophets' and 'Seers', and they pronounce a 'new thing' that God is doing - a 'new word' from God - RUN! Do not listen. Do not entertain the lies. My husband and I experienced a preacher - who loved to holler loudly, running across the floor in front of the congregation, proclaiming he was 'drunk in the spirit' - prophecy over us. He did this by his 'angels'. They told him what to say. And, none of it came to pass, praise Jesus! Because these angels were lying demons. Afterward he gave my husband an expensive shirt. It said, "Affliction" - which was also the brand of clothing. During this same time - at these same meetings - my husband was 'slain in the spirit', and experienced a healing that was really no healing at all. It was a temporary experience - a trick of the evil one, built upon fickle desire. For, we are tempted and led astray by our own desires. (James 1:14)
To my deep regret I was heavily involved with New Age, Occult (Tarot, Numerology, Astrology, Divination, etc), and various world philosophies and studies. At the same time I referred to myself as a Follower of Christ. I wrote and spoke of false ideologies as one in authority, and with good will. I had one foot in Heaven, and the other in hell, which would land me in hell. You cannot serve both God, and Mammon. One must choose! God delivered me from these deceptions - to His Glory, I praise Him! Yet, now I have recognition for these in the church - and they have no place in Christ's Church! There must be a repentance, and turning from these things, in the church, for the one who believes and practices these will be cast into outer darkness. Put away your Bethel church, and music. Put away your Hillsong music. Put away your 'Jesus Calling'. Put away nifty sayings of Toby Mac. Put away 'The Shack'. Put away 'A Course In Miracles'. Put away 'The Urantia Book', 'Conversations With God', etc... Read the Holy Bible. Measure every prophecy, word, song, and vision against it - and pray! For this is sufficient. Any more that needs to be added to, or taken away from, the Holy Bible is of the evil one and comes with a curse. Put it away. God is love, it is true. God is also Holy. He is not a Sugar Daddy here for our comfort! He can come in a dark cloud, or a burning bush, bringing terror and conviction. Yet, the evil one comes as an 'angel of light'. Do not be deceived! The Holy Church should not be replicating the spirituality of the world! Unless Jesus Christ is our righteousness we will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven. God has already revealed His Word, and His plan, to us. There is no new work, or word. His Word will not return void. All other will burn up in the fire. Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness... then all these things shall be added to you - (healing, gifts of the Holy Spirit, material concerns). (Matthew 6:33) Amen.
